Supreme Court says wrongful dying lawsuit in opposition to Dallas officers can go forward

DALLAS - The excessive courtroom will allow a wrongful loss of life lawsuit to proceed in opposition to the city of Dallas and four cops.

The family of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa known as police for help as he had a drug and psychological well being crisis.

The Supreme Court upheld a federal appeals courtroom’s ruling that may enable the case to proceed.
