Spouse filled husband’s telephone with little one porn in try to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading hundreds of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in line with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn of their home.

The police say that phone had tons of of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to marvel why the telephone he was utilizing did not have any photographs just like the ones Moore become them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been buddies and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his old cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his main telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same costs in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
