Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading a whole lot of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in accordance with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their house.

The police say that phone had hundreds of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to surprise why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any photos just like the ones Moore was them. That’s once they reportedly bought a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were friends and had mentioned carrying out the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
