Wife crammed husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading tons of of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their residence.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of images of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the telephone he was using didn't have any images similar to the ones Moore became them. That’s once they reportedly bought a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been mates and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his major phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical costs in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
