Wife stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading tons of of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in accordance with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn in their house.

The police say that telephone had tons of of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to surprise why the cellphone he was utilizing did not have any images just like the ones Moore become them. That’s after they reportedly bought a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been buddies and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they had been buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous telephone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose too much of it as a result of it was not his primary phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same charges in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
