  1. Klasse Viedeo 👍👍👍 Den Prozess der Beinarbeit/Füße hast Du super in die einzelen Sequenzen zerlegt und anschaulich dargestellt. Das die Füße den Prozess in Gang setzen hilft dabei die Kopplung zwischen Unter- und Oberkörper besser zu verinnerlichen. Ich habe immer wieder das Problem die Arbeit des Unterkörper etwas zu vernachlässigen.

  2. Kann ich für mich nur beständigen. Wenn meine Konzentration nachlässt werden Beine unbeweglicher und die Bälle schlechter;-( werde diesen Rhytmus mehr üben, damit besser abrufbar. Danke für den tollen Tipp!
