BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after multiple signs saying "school shooter" have been present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Department of Security introduced. Man Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple costs.

Hanson allegedly placed the signs across the communities, the Division of Safety said, but they decided there isn't a credible threat presently.
The New Hampshire Division of Security is investigating signs that learn 'school shooter!' which had been present in multiple communities New Hampshire Department of SafetyOne such signal was written on a paper plate. The security division released a photo of the plate but blurred a part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of legal threatening and three misdemeanor expenses together with false report back to legislation enforcement, false public alarm and prison threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
No different suspects have been charged at the moment.
