Juveniles Crash Stolen Automobile Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive right into a concrete safety barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to drag over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automotive slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at seventeenth Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers stated.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled within the entrance throughout the road from a Secret Service guard publish, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the street.

There were two juveniles in the automotive. Both have been taken to a hospital and are now in stable situation, officers said. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re expected to face charges.

D.C. police are investigating.
