Family of Abducted Woman Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Sex Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old girl from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks game at American Airlines Heart. But the household nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly sufficient concerning the crime, which had the girl as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a complete of 11 days,” legal professional Zeke Fortenberry stated. “Our intent is that approach (the aforementioned organizations) are on notice that we’re pursuing claims towards them for his or her negligence and different causes of motion.''

Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father informed police at the recreation when he realized she was missing. But, in response to the lawyer, the daddy was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
