Household of Abducted Girl Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Sex Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now residence after being abducted by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Center. But the family still seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly sufficient concerning the crime, which had the woman as part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that manner (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims against them for their negligence and different causes of action.''

Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father knowledgeable police on the sport when he realized she was missing. But, based on the legal professional, the daddy was informed to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police. 

Fortenberry claims NRH police mentioned they weren’t capable of help because the incident occurred in Dallas.
